Alpaca Universe is a cozy farm game on Solana where staking the ALPUN token generates daily Alpaca Energy, and dedicated players restore the Founders Farm to earn one of 3,000 scarce Season 0 NFTs.

This portal documents everything we are building:

• The Season 0 game design — six parcels, a simple collect → process → build loop, and strictly linear progression.
• The architecture — Next.js + Phaser in front, a Rust modular monolith behind, MongoDB for game state, Solana for ownership.
• The NFT collection — four reward tiers, fixed supplies, first-come first-served.
• The operations guide — GitOps deploys via ArgoCD to Kubernetes.
